Summer School Information
Thompson School District has opened registration for summer school. If your student has failed any academic core class, it is imperative that she/he retake this class. You may see a copy of your childs transcript on Parent Portal. Registration may be done on-line through the Thompson School district’s website and each class will cost $100. You may pay with a credit card, check or cash. Please contact your student’s counselor if you have any questions!

Opportunity to Support an Exchange Student
Mountain View has the opportunity to have three exchange students for the 2012-13 school year. We are looking for families who are willing to sponsor a student. Register to Vote at MVHS, April 10, at Lunch
The League of Women Voters of Larimer County will be in main lobby area to register students to vote on Tuesday, April 10 from 10:57 to 11:44 a.m. A citizen who is a resident of Colorado, and who is 18 years old on or by November 6, election day, may register to vote or update registration. To register to vote, bring your Colorado Driver’s License or Driver’s Permit or if you have not been issued a Colorado Driver’s License or Permit, your social security number.
The View: MVHS Has Talent
Are you in possession of wonderful talent capable of entertaining and pleasing the masses of Mountain View High School? If so, on April 10th you need to find yourself to MV’s Talent Show.
Anyone interested should see Mr. Lowndes for sign up information. Be prepared, however, this isn’t your run of the mill talent show. This year’s show will incorporate a 2 round system; meaning that the first round is open to all entertainers as long as your act is appropriate. If your talent is amusing enough, you’ll be awarded a position in the second round on May 8th. If your talent is better still, then you could be awarded the grand prize. Read more…
